NOT SO JOYOUS FOR SOME........lifeguards help a fellow who stayed in (the water) too long (and apparantly lost his teeth ??)
SOME PEOPLE WERE SO JOYOUS ...IT EVEN SPREAD TO THE POLICE !!!!! ;D
BUT, unfortunately, SOME PEOPLE JOYOUS(ness) DID NOT SPREAD TO THE POLICE...
